Behind
the Lens

Photography has given me a reason to look a little closer. I 'm drawn to landscapes, wildlife, changing light, and perspectives that reveal something I might otherwise have walked right past.  Sometimes that means standing behind a camera on the ground; other times it means putting a drone in the air and seeing a familiar place from an entirely different angle.

I don't photograph with a particular story already in mind.  I enjoy exploring, seeing what catches my attention, and trying to bring home an image that captures some part of what made me stop in the first place.
